The Boot Camp Training Program  has been created by the Brokers and Managers of Century 21 Absolute Realty. Ray McKinney, General Manager of Century 21 Absolute Realty states," Boot Camp training is designed for all level of agents new and experienced. This will help each agent reach the next level of their Career."

The training sessions consists of thirteen modules focusing on all areas of real estate a few include:

* 90 day Fitness plan & business plan               * Listing Presentation    

* Prospecting and Advertising            *Technology and  Field training 

                               * Positive Attitude Traits training.

Brokers, Stan Lesniak, Raymond McKinney, and Dave Stinson along with the Managers, John Makatche, Sam Ahluwalia, Tish Maloney, Gail Armstrong and Kathy Hanick, will instruct the classes.

Classes will be held in the evening to accomadate the part time agents  starting their career as a second income.
